Equip fieldwork educators/ capstone mentors with the tools needed to create a safe and inclusive environment for students to learn and develop clinical skills.
Design a supportive framework through which educators/mentors are empowered to engage and educate our students using an intersectional lens.
Provide ongoing educational opportunities to support this vision in FW education and capstone.
